Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the United States and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center New York. She has been practicing Buddhism and studying closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. Under Gen-la Dekyong's loving guidance we can transform our lives by bringing Buddha's wisdom and compassion deep into our hearts.
