Healing Anxiety with Buddhist Psychology & Meditation

We all have the potential to consistently experience positive and peaceful states of mind, free from the pain and discomfort of anxiety. In this practical course you will learn simple and effective meditations for reducing fear and anxiety and for becoming more relaxed and at ease in everyday life.

Everyone is welcome – no experience of meditation is necessary. Classes consist of two guided meditations, a talk, and discussion. No pre-registration required.
